The drive in question is a (rather old) micropolis drive:
ncr0 <ncr 53c810 fast10 scsi> rev 1 int a irq 10 on pci0:12
(ncr0:0:0): "MICROP 4221-09 1128RA 28RA" type 0 fixed SCSI 2
sd0(ncr0:0:0): Direct-Access
sd0(ncr0:0:0): 10.0 MB/s (100 ns, offset 8)
I didn't check for firmware upgrade yet. Since I upgraded to FreeBSD 2.2.5
I've seen this message about 3 times. I never have seen this
message with FreeBSD 2.1.7, which has run on the system since it has
been released.
