Bugs 261909 and 261914 use the word 'newcons' which was vaguely familiar
to me, but had no real meaning. Not properly documented:

% grep -r -i "newcons" /usr/doc/documentation/
%

Amongst my bookmarks I found
<https://old.reddit.com/r/freebsd/comments/p99g5h/-/ha6yjzy/>, which
reminded me that a few months ago the word was known to someone in IRC;
there's reference to <https://wiki.freebsd.org/Newcons>.

Should the FreeBSD Handbook glossary gain an entry for newcons?

<https://docs.freebsd.org/en/books/handbook/glossary/#_n>;
