Not that I've ever heard of. Generally you need some sort of reasonably large entity behind such a scheme: for software and system administration, that generally the company that produces it. As FreeBSD is produced in a decidedly non-commercial manner, that hasn't happened. Perhaps someone could persuade a University or College to provide a course in FreeBSD with a certificate of some sort at the end of it -- there have occasionally been training courses, seminars and so forth but most people learn about FreeBSD by doing it.
