You are probably being rejected because the IP number of your machine
doesn't have a PTR record for gatehouse.quadtelecom.com:

    happy-idiot-talk:~:% host 66.45.116.138
    138.116.45.66.IN-ADDR.ARPA domain name pointer steelcityhosting.com
    happy-idiot-talk:~:% host gatehouse.quadtelecom.com
    gatehouse.quadtelecom.com has address 66.45.116.138
    gatehouse.quadtelecom.com mail is handled (pri=5) by gatehouse.quadtelecom.com

That makes it look like your machine is being used to send e-mails
with forged headers. That's mostly a spammer trick, hence the
rejection.

Either arrange for your ISP to incorporate the correct PTR data or
have them delegate your netblock to you or else configure your mail
system forward all your e-mail via some sort of smart host provided by
your ISP.

	Cheers,

	Matthew
