Replying to myself, I realise.

Does anyone know why there is a separate port (x11-wm/boxtools) for the 
bsetbg and bsetroot utilities? These are compiled in the util directory 
of the blackbox source. Having a separate port for them creates extra 
work and seems superfluous.
