I admit I did not think about appropriateness of the phrase I quoted from
the Changes file.

In the future I will try to limit myself to putting just the links to the
upstream documents so that I can safely avoid the need to ponder over
appropriateness of various turns of phrase in the technical documentation I
did not write.
