A perl hack (NOT ME!!) should be able to do this in 10 minutes work, take log_accum.pl from CVSROOT, fix it so that the avail file user filed can understand a %include filename. Move the user list from inline to a file, %include that file, fix up /etc/aliases to use this additional file for the ncvs-* targets... etc etc... it is not rocket science but it MUST be tested somewhere else before it goes live. I have my system in a state to test this stuff if some one comes up with the code.
