I strongly suspect that you have not followed in detail the instructions given in the _*ORIGINAL*_ download/source area. Given that you are talking about a "c drive", I suspect you are a Windows user, not a FreeBSD user, and I suspect you may better get service by asking the usual windows support groups, not ours.
