I'm helping a friend set up FreeBSD on his machine, and after adding pcm to=
=20
his kernel, he's now unable to run KDE.  I'm including his dmesg output,=20
which contains the relevant info (artsd/pcm-related).

Any info on getting sound working on his system without having the kernel l=
ock=20
up and reboot the system would be greatly appreciated :)
