BTW if your machine is multi-core (and most are these days) you may want "m=
ake
-jx buildkernel" instead of just "make buildkernel"; the "-jx" (replace "x"
with the number of cores you have) tells the system to build with one execu=
ting
job per CPU core.  This can *greatly* reduce build time.
