Well, if you didn't notice, the one that is starting with the system has a
command line of -p /dev/c (??)  and the one after you enable it is -t auto.

At a look in /etc/rc.conf and find the line that starts moused.  Change it's
command line parameters to "-t auto".  You may also want to put a "-p
/dev/cuaa0" (where /dev/cuaa0 is the path to your comm port).
