>Description:
Since updating to portupgrade-2.4.2,2 dependency overrides are not obeyed.
I have net-im/ejabberd, net-im/jabber-pyicq and net-im/jabber-pymsn ports installed.
After performing a pkgdb -L these ports want to use dependencies for IODBC, JAVA and X.
As the system is a server, I use pkgdb -F to identify these stale dependencies and delete them.
When I now run a portupgrade it installs the deleted dependencies. Previous versions of
portupgrade did not exhibit this behaviour.
