FedEx showed up 20 minutes ago with my laptop. I'm letting it charge for a while before using it. They replaced the Nickel Hyd Battery, which I assume is the CMOS battery. They also gave me yet another new mainboard. We'll see if they fixed it or not. Tonight I get Quickbooks off the machine, as well as anything else critical in case it dies again.
