When trying to ftp something from the other side cps is about 3K/sec on .zip files. So everything seems to be fine EXCEPT ping and telnet :(( Ping is too slow :( ! - about 350-400ms minimum ! There are also _visible_ delays with telnet. DTE speed is set to 57600 on both computers and the overall load of computers is low.
