You should test with GCC 2.95.2 with a clean environment and document exactly your setup and procedures for testing the bug. There are the daily snapshots like GCC 2.97 which you can test to see if they fix your problem but those are NOT OFFICIAL and buggy in their own right. Wait till GCC 3.0 for double checking or contact obrien@freebsd.org who I think is the tester for GCC.
