Hi Carlos, It's as simple as 'pkg_add -r mindguard', or 'cd /usr/ports/games/mindguard && make all install clean' if you're a bit more paranoid (e.g. someone might have tampered with the package to make it ineffective; or worse, to make it easier for them to control you!) and you can be on your way to a control-free mind in seconds!
