Please help the inept!  I try to install mSQL and all I get is:

  # make install
  >> msql-2.0.1.tar.gz doesn't seem to exist on this system.
  >> Attempting to fetch from http://www2.nerosworld.com/msql/.
  Bad URL 'http' -- WWW paths must be prefixed by 'ftp://'.
  >> Attempting to fetch from http://hughes.com.au/software/msql2/.
  Bad URL 'http' -- WWW paths must be prefixed by 'ftp://'.
  >> Attempting to fetch from ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/  distfiles/.
  Login failed.
  >> Couldn't fetch it - please try to retreive this
  >> port manually into /usr/ports/distfiles and try again.
  *** Error code 1

  Stop.
  *** Error code 1

  Stop.
  *** Error code 1

  Stop.

I cannot find msql-2.0.1.tar.gz in any of the sites listed above.  I can
find msql-2.0.1.tar but when I gzip the file I get checksum errors.

Help!
