Personally I think it's much better to have 'no_blah' for options, for those cases where 'noblah' is a valid word that does not mean 'no blah', such as "NO_ISE" being obviously different than "NOISE". I picked up this line of thinking from the author of ruby, who notes that for people who are not-native to English, it is much easier to deal with 'word_word' than 'wordword'. Just my 2 cents.
