            Bug ID: 247337
           Summary: biology/cytoscape
           Product: Ports & Packages
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: i386
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Only Me
          Priority: ---
         Component: Individual Port(s)
          Assignee: yuri@freebsd.org
          Reporter: chris@crvintel.com
          Assignee: yuri@freebsd.org
             Flags: maintainer-feedback?(yuri@freebsd.org)

Can anybody tell me how exactly does one start cytoscape? If I run the comm=
and
"cytoscape" from the shell all I get is a splash screen followed by a cytos=
cape
command prompt, i.e. with no gui interface.

Thanks
