My thoughts:

lib
first part of library (since thats where all the libraries
and such are :)) (which would be "vibe")

bin
pronounced just like it looks....the thing you store things in...
a bin :)....but I could see the arg for it being pronounced the "whine"
way with it being the first part of "binary" (see arg for lib.)

this could probably be argued just as much as the pronunciation
of linux :)  (leeenucks or li sounding line "linus") :).

(fyi...heres a linux to linus' pronuciation of it :P)
