To tell the truth, I would *HIGHLY* suggest that most users not even try
to update their RELENG_4 -STABLE systems for the next 2-3 days.  Right
before a code freeze there is always a lot of commit activity.

I would suggest that only those that are interested in debugging build
problems (and suppling patches) be active right now.
