I don't think we've ever had statvfs() in the first place.  statvfs()
is SVR4, the corresponding BSD function is statfs().  I see that
statvfs() is in SUSv3 now.  Also, if you check the commit log of
sys/statvfs.h, it seems to imply that the actual implementations
are to come later.

Only if you are running an SVR4 executable.
