I have a Panasonic LF-5300a external Optical drive, Im curious if its possible to get it to work in FreeBSD 5.1? Do I need to goto Freebsd 4.x? When we boot up we get this. cd0 at ahc0 bus 0 target 5 lun 0 cd0: <MATSHITA LF-5300 A117> Removable Worm SCSI-2 device cd0: 5.000MB/s transfers (5.000MHz, offset 8) cd0: Attempt to query device size failed: MEDIUM ERROR, Vendor Specific ASC Anyone have a clue how to fix that problem?
