Domas, The --with-tdsver=7.0 sets the /default/ version used by the tds library. You can override this with an environment variable: TDSVER=50 for other databases. See the 2.4 in the FAQ at http://www.freetds.org. Interaction in the port is not needed. One thing that would be nice for the freetds port, would be to hard code in the SYBASE variable, but allow for users to override in their envorionment. -- Troy Settle Pulaski Networks 540.994.4254 It's always a long day, 86400 doesn't fit into a short. ** -----Original Message----- ** From: owner-freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG ** [mailto:owner-freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG]On Behalf Of Domas Mituzas ** Sent: Thursday, December 14, 2000 4:48 PM ** To: freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG ** Cc: xuyifeng; freebsd-ports@FreeBSD.ORG ** Subject: Re: sybase db-library name conflict with Berkeley DB ** ** ** Hi, ** > M$-SQL server.
