Any help would be appreciated. I'm running 4.6.1-RELEASE-p7. I have the latest of all related ports.=20 I installed: /usr/ports/databases/postgresql7 /usr/ports/security/cyrus-sasl /usr/ports/mail/cyrus-imapd /usr/ports/security/pam-pgsql I'm setting things up to use web-cyradm. After getting everything configured correctly, installed, and setup, I can use the p5-Authen-PAM port and authenticate correctly. However, if I try pwcheck or (after some port updating) saslauthd, both exit with signal 11 during the pam_authenticate call. (I did enough debug in the code to realize it dies at the call for pam_authenticate). However, if I switch to mysql and /usr/ports/security/pam-mysql, everything works fine. I'm not sure why the PERL p5-Authen-PAM module works, but pwcheck and saslauthd core dump with pam-pgsql. Anyone have any ideas? Hints where to look? Anything? :) (besides "use mysql since it works") --=20 Marcus I.
