Because Xfce's bugs = are reported to the xfce@ mailing list, and there are no committers. Committers are not interested by the Xfce desktop (I hope not): - bug #218941 can be closed (see bug #218941, comment #1) despite this, Kub= ilay Kocak (koobs@) changed status and added quarterly flag - bug #219337 can be closed too, same committer (koobs@) added additional flags, features are almost implemented in xfce4-terminal 0.8.6 I submitted a patch in order to update support of libgarcon in Mk/Uses/xfce= .mk, nobody in the portmgr team reviewed or committed my changes, despite this message [1] from Rene Ladan (rene@) in ports mailing list. About deskutils/xfce4-tumbler it's problematic, because all versions prior 0.1.32 are seriously buggy. I quickly backported a fix, then submitted upda= te to 0.1.32 then to 0.2.0, again no respond.
