Hi, I´m trying to use Linux with an 2940 UW and three disks, a 2 GB Seagate 32171 W, a 9 GB Seagate 19101 W and a 23 GB Seagate 423451 W. Disk two and three are in an external case. When I start "fdisk /dev/sdb" or "fdisk /dev/sdc", fdisks locks up when I type "P" (after displaying some info about the partition table). Is this a general problem of the driver or is something wrong with my setup. I will be happy to provide further setup info if necessary. Thanks in advance Gerhard ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Dr. Gerhard Vogt EMAIL: vogt@embl-heidelberg.de European Molecular Biology Lab FAX: (+49) 6221 387517 Meyerhofstrasse 1 VOICE: (+49) 6221 387567 69012 Heidelberg, Germany http://www.embl-heidelberg.de/~vogt/
