Don't know if this site is any use to you:

    $ nslookup www.cn.freebsd.org

    Non-authoritative answer:
    www.cn.freebsd.org      canonical name = www.freebsdchina.org.
    Name:   www.freebsdchina.org
    Address: 61.129.66.78

In any case, you can always set up your own local FTP server from the CD-ROM
contents (even on a Windows box for example)
