Nope.  All transparent.  USE_GCC=4.6+ or USE_FORTRAN=yes both will
automagically just pull in lang/gcc instead of lang/gcc46 by default.

That's the plan.  It's taken a bit longer than I had hoped (for a
number of reasons), but we are nearly there. ;-)
