I think it's basically because there is either no CD in your drive, or the CD is not a native filesystem (i.e. ISO9660). When sysinstall runs, it does a quick scan, and the CD Rom driver is obviously being a bit noisy about the fact it cant read the CD in the drive... Ignore it, it's nothing to worry about.
