            Bug ID: 228001
Summary: [firefox] FreeBSD 11.1 ships with broken Firefox:
                    seg-fault on start
           Product: Ports & Packages
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Only Me
          Priority: ---
         Component: Individual Port(s)
          Assignee: ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: wkoszek@FreeBSD.org

I installed FreeBSD 11.1 + xorg-server + xorg-apps + firefox and several ot=
her
packages. Everything via 'pkg'. List of packages:

I run dwm + sterm. From it, I start Firefox. Below is what I get. Note: whe=
n I
did pretty much same steps in OpenBSD, it all just worked without any
seg-faults.

process 1331: D-Bus library appears to be incorrectly set up; failed to read
machine uuid: Failed to open "/etc/machine-id": No such file or directory
See the manual page for dbus-uuidgen to correct this issue.
D-Bus not built with -rdynamic so unable to print a backtrace
Redirecting call to abort() to mozalloc_abort

Segmentation fault (core dumped)
