Hi Gary, I have Samba ( from the FreeBSD packages ) running on my FreeBSD = 3.2-STABLE machine, works fine. The other thing you will want to check = out is Microsoft Services for Unix ( free download ) not only does it = give you a better POSIX suite for NT but it also installs NFS client and = Server on the NT. This means you can mount FreeBSD machines under NT and = you can mount shares from NT on FreeBSD ( as simple as mount_nfs = NTcomputer:share /FreeBSDmountpoint). I'll leave you to ponder the = possibilities! Michael W. Akers M. Uhm, I guess this is sorta a wierd question, but I'd like to be able to Mount my NT shares on my unix machine? Any idea? Please email me at wgr@computerspectrum.com ....
