Patch to fix tex files.

If print/texinfo is installed, the build process detects and uses it to reb=
uild
the info pages. This fails because of some syntax errors, previously only
flagged as warnings.

The attached patch resolves this error by fixing the syntax errors (note: I
don't know .tex, but the changes seemed right and worked). An alternate
approach would be to prevent this rebuilding even if texinfo is installed, =
but
I couldn't see a configure flag to do this.
