http://www.tahi.org/ has conformance test results, so the webpage
can be some reference for functionality POV.

	http://www.kame.net/dev/cvsweb.cgi/kame/COVERAGE
has some idea about functionality comparison between *BSD systems.

the latest kame kit from http://www.kame.net/ has mobile-ip6 code,
though it may need some torture-tests.
(it is not in freebsd as it is not tested enough yet)
