may be wrong. "make install" fails by stripping the file goconfig,
that is shell sclipt.

I succeeded to install by changing the line
INSTALL_SCRIPT = ${INSTALL_PROGRAM}
to
INSTALL_SCRIPT = ${INSTALL}.
