>Description:

	update sysutils/portmanager to 0.4.1

	1. Moved handling of ports marked broken/ignored/forbidden to initial dependency
	data base creation so their dependencies won't be built if missing.  These dependencies
	will now also show up as "leaves" if the only thing that depends on them are 
	broken/ignored/forbidden ports.

	Note to comitter: New tarball, please remove files/ and any patches
