Ok, so far I've seen 3 votes in favour (including my own) and 15 votes against removing file; so I guess it's not time to swing the axe quite yet. David, could you please import file-4.21 to the vendor branch once it is released? Or if you don't mind importing something onto the vendor branch which isn't quite what the vendor distributed, I can give you a security patch generated against file-4.20. Colin Percival
