You beat me by 10 seconds :)  But anyway, what is *actually* done here is
to remove the lomac.c from the list of sources, as ls(1) [which it was
being included from / needed by] now uses generalised mac support from
libc, and does not need lomac.c, and neither (thus) does lukemftpd.
