I created the following patch to address the problems I'm seeing with
the Toshiba touchpad.  This makes the touchpad work, but the
resolution doesn't seem right and so far I haven't been able to change
it.  The patch applies to 4.5-RELEASE, but should work on -STABLE.
-CURRENT has changed a lot, but it looks like it would also apply
there.
