I just had an idea for a project. If I could make a single boot disk that would start a minimal FreeBSD kernel, and a simple menu system that would provide a step by step front end to dd, that would be able to replace Norton Ghost, right? Anybody think this is good idea/bad idea/great/waste of time? Whatever? Just thinking aloud, mostly, but it may be a worthwhile project.
