The configure target and the config target are not the same. Configure is f=
or
running "./configure" in as a part of the building process, while config is=
 for
selecting port options. It is true that the configure target is a no-op
sometimes. Please look for HAS_CONFIGURE and GNU_CONFIGURE variables in the
documentation.
