Since ding seems to work fine with 8.6, ther= e is no reason not to update. While here, I also added new runtime dependencies for textproc/dict and textproc/hunspell and made some changes to pkg-descr. Tested with Poudriere (HEADa/i, 12.1a/i, 11.3a/i).
