just to be safe: that was a typo, you are in fact using supersede
right? and you have the trailing ;? (not sure if it's mandatory).

'supersede domain-name-servers 127.0.0.1;' works fine for me... If
you're really desperate I guess you could just make resolv.conf
readonly for all, I did that a while with a different dhcp client that
was less featured (or so I thought :-) ).
