Maybe librsvg-rust can be reverted in order to avoid Rust dependencies?

Maybe libsvg could be a metaport that will select librsvg-rust where rust w=
orks
fine and libsvg-classic on RISC-V until ABI problems are resolved?

Maybe COMPAT11 should be part of GENERIC configuration (on RISC-V?) because
Rust depends on it?
