I am not aware of any bootloader changes between XP and Server 2003, but ideally, you should install Server 2K3 first, and FreeBSD second, using the FreeBSD Boot Manager at the boot manager selection. I haven't tested this dual boot, but as I said, to my knowledge the bootloader has not changed.
