It depends on who answer your question :-) 3.23 and 4.0 are already 
unsupported versions and I'd like to kill them all, but I know people 
that still use them because "they are faster" on their hw/sw 
configurations. I agree with you that the time to kill the 3.23 is 
actually arrived and I think I'll do it soon.
