I'm not in a position to test this, but I will comment that if you mark the radio button for a different config.sys / autoexec.bat, then Win95 will do a warm boot before loading the program. There may be a problem running win /b after that. (win /b is what restores your old config.sys and autoexec.bat, and then reboots the computer again after your program has finished. It is automatically placed at the end of autoexec.bat in the per-program version.)
