These work on the same machine out-of-the-box on Win2k Server SP3 and Redhat Linux 9.0 (tri boot with FreeBSD) What do I have to do to get them workin in FBSD. I'm most concerned with the printer... Relevent kernel config --- device usb # USB Bus (required device ulpt # Printer device uscanner # Scanners device ugen # Generic device ukbd # Keyboard device ohci # OHCI PCI->USB interface I've read the freebsd handbook about the printers.... but I'm lost on it. One of the very few sections left that don't make perfect sense. P.S. Eventuall, I'll have a USB hub(expander) becase my keyboard and mouse are also USB (thats 5 total USB devices)... but for now there direct to the CPU.
