Try to pry off the sticker, if any, off the tuner (the big metal thing on the 
card). It may have its type printed on it under the sticker or have (ugh) a 
sticker under the sticker that says so (use a lamp :)... And quite a lot of 
venders actually have decent specs on their website. google.
