Works fine on a Lenovo ThinkPad x201

Fails on a Dell PowerEdge 2950
- The USB stick doen't show up in the boot menu
- After fixing the partition table entries, the USB stick does show up
- And then fails with 'Missing operating system'

Note that after fixing the partition table entries, it still works on the
ThinkPad.
